COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Hessen. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

General

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Valid proof of vaccination or recovery or a negative antigen test certificate no older than 24 hours/PCR test certificate no older than 48 hours must be presented upon arrival. No re-testing required during extended stays.

Where are the closest test stations?

  • Corona test centre Kurfürsten Galeier, Mauerstraße 11, 34117 Kassel: approx. 10 minutes (550 m) on foot
  • Test centre Kassel Innenstadt, Treppenstraße 4, 34117 Kassel: approx. 10 minutes (500 m) on foot
  • Rapid test centre at City Point, Königsplatz 61, 34117 Kassel: approx. 10 minutes (650 m) on foot

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

The wearing of a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask is mandatory at all times in all public hotel areas.

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Public areas are cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency.
  • To protect both hotel guests and employees, the reception is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Only hotel guests are allowed to enter the hotel. No external visitors permitted.
  • Access to the lift is limited to a certain number of people. For further information, please refer to the on-site signage.
  • The wearing of a mask is mandatory throughout the hotel.

Gastronomy

Valid proof of vaccination or recovery, alternatively a negative test certificate, is required to access gastronomic facilities. A mask must be worn at all times, except while seated at a table.

Breakfast

At the moment, we offer an extended contintental breakfast at the restaurant. No reservations are required.

  • chocolate or fruit muesli
  • butter or margarine

  • multivitamin or apple juice

daily 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m

Room service

Due to the current situation, we do not offer room service until further notice.
